Stonebridge Campground Ministry:
Engaging people of all ages, from over fourteen states, with the Gospel of Christ, within the following activities:
Kidz Clubs, Fishing Tournaments, Field Games, Bonfire & S’mores, Basketball Tournaments, Washerboard & Cornhole Tournaments, Scavenger Hunts, Marriage Game, Movie Nights Outdoors, the DeYoung Family Singers, and Bible studies.
We praise God for three salvations and the opportunity to plant the Gospel seed, sharing the Gospel to over five hundred people through the activities, as well as one on one. We have had many good Gospel conversations and many times of prayer for individuals. God continues His work of transforming lives through this campground ministry.
Praying 4 the Nation at Organic Bean Coffee in Maggie Valley:
Organic Bean Coffee is a Christian owned coffee shop. The owner uses the coffee shop as a place to share the loving Gospel of Christ to all who come in to enjoy a cup of coffee and pastry. In her burden for the condition of our nation, she felt led to begin a time of prayer on Mondays after closing. What a blessing it is for a group of believers to gather together to pray for our nation, to pray for forgiveness, to humble ourselves, to repent, and to cry out to God for this lost and dying world. We are moved by the Spirit and compelled even more to be His “light” in this world of “darkness”.
South Mountain Baptist Camp:
We are thankful to be able to share about “Missions & Evangelism” in the chapel servicesof these one day camps.
Sharing/Preaching about God’s Work throughout the World in the following Churches:

We are blessed to come alongside them in providing physical food, but more importantly, to share with the people the life changing Gospel. Each week we are able to share the Gospel and to pray with many of these individuals who need Jesus in their lives. We are seeing God work in ways that only He can.
We were also able to build an office, where we can have a more private setting to speak to the clients.

JESUS IS STILL THE ANSWER FOR THE WORLD TODAY! Just as Jesus demonstrated His love for us, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us (Romans 5:8); we as believers (the Church) should be demonstrating the love of Christ towards all people. May 2020, Greetings to you our brothers and sisters; grace, mercy, and peace from our Lord Christ Jesus. As we have moved into Stonebridge Campground, it has been exciting to see people/campers coming from many different states. We have met and engaged many with the Gospel from Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, and North Carolina. We have been able to share about Christ love with some of these in the midst of their personal health concerns and or anxieties of these days and times (COVID19). AGAIN, we must say, these days are great days for the “CHURCH to be the CHURCH”. People who don’t normally care about “spiritual things” or Jesus, suddenly desires to know TRUTH. Here’s the “CHURCH’s” opportunity. Don’t miss it. We are thankful and excited to be part of God’s work and are thankful for all of you who are praying for the people we encounter. We are continuing to pray for God’s will in regards to future international mission work. Currently, India and most other countries are lockdown due to the Corona virus. Thus, we will have to see when we would be allowed back to stay and serve. April 2020
Hello to all of our prayer warriors and supporters! We hope that you and your family are all well during this time of quarantine due to COVID 19. We want to first say that we are thankful for the Sovereignty of God and the continued work that He is doing in the lives of the believers as well as the lives of the unbelievers. God is ALWAYS at work.
He is working in the lives of the believers in the growing and purifying of one’s faith. Believers are being challenged to draw closer to Him, to be totally dependent on Him, and to rejoice in Him; acknowledging that JESUS is SUFFICIENT in His love and care for us!
For the unbelievers, this is a time that we find them seeking answers, spiritually. They are seeking for understanding of these times and if there is a God. This is a great time for the “true church” to be the church to this world of “lostness”; to be the testimony of faith and the Object of that faith- JESUS!

Sowing Gospel Seed – Many are being engaged “one on one” in personal evangelism. THREE more have given their lives to Christ and many are still considering the Gospel. We pray they will soon believe! We are to SOW, Christ brings the INCREASE!
“Prayer & Fasting” Service – People gathered together on Easter Hill for a time of prayer, praise, and the Word. Many received prayer! Many testified! One was brought that was demon possessed who was freed and saved!
Calvary Happy Church – We were honored to visit and preach at the village church of one of our Bible College pastors. We shared the Word and prayed for the church and it’s future growth of the Kingdom.
Prayer Walking in specific areas – We took the Bible College pastors each morning to prayer walk specific areas for the move of God in these villages! This encouraged and strengthened them.
Christ FREED TWO demon possessed people! It was awesome seeing God’s transforming power!
CSW Ministry – Got to share the love of Christ and encouragement to the ladies known as Commercial Sex Workers. They are being taught how to sew to support their family so they can leave the sex work. Most are Hindu, but are receptive to the Gospel.
Handicap Village – There are so many needs, but God is doing His work always! They now have water flowing and a church building almost complete. There is still a need for a transformer so that they can have electricity and funds to provide a roof for the church. There is need for learning a trade that they might be able to provide for themselves. Many have received Christ with many still considering receiving Christ.
Children with AIDS/HIV – These children and families are the outcasts of all in society. They are receiving the love of Christ through the church that is ministering to them.

August 2019
Praise the Lord for the 23 new brothers and sisters of faith! We are so humbled to be apart of God’s work and to see so many lives changed, healed, and restored. Here’s the praise report for August:
- Seminary – teaching and training seventy pastors in two locations. We have focused prayer and worship time before class starts, preparing us to hear and learn clearly the Word of God.
- Evangelism Training, then taking the seminary students out to practice what they’ve learned. We then discuss what happened as they went out. Some get rejected, even threatened, while others are received with great curiosity, and others see a harvest! We pray for every seed planted, watered; praying for a harvest.
- What a blessing to be invited to preach in two village churches! We also were blessed to witness two new believers being baptized!
- Pray for the persecuted believers here. We have personally heard personal testimony of several of our seminary students, who have been beaten, imprisoned, and even threatened with severe physical injury if they continue to preach the Gospel. PRAY!
- What a blessing to preach on Easter Hill to a multitude of believers, specifically on a day set aside for “prayer & fasting”! What an awesome time in the Lord in praise, prayer, the preached Word, and fellowship!
- We have been blessed to share and minister to 49 ladies who are learning to sew so that they can provide income for their families.
- We were humbled to meet with 29 children and their mothers, ALL having the HIV/AIDS virus. These are the outcasts of the outcasts.
- We have been blessed to be able to share a few times, the Gospel and Biblical truths of Jesus to an average of 40 children plus some of their mothers. They enjoyed Terri’s teaching, snacks, and attention.
- We also showed the JESUS movie one night on the porch of the house. There was 50 in attendance. It was a blessing to see their focused attention as they saw and listened to the movie translated in their respective language.
- We are thankful for each encounter with the diversity of people here and how God prepares each one to hear our story and God’s story.
- We are thankful to be able to minister to the physical and spiritual needs of many in the handicap village and other poverty places.
- We are thankful for the churches and individuals back home, who are prayerfully trying to raise the needed funds to bore two water wells, repair a storm damaged roof on a ministry shelter, and many other needs listed on our “GIVE” page.

Thunder In The Smokies- Biker Weekend
Hello Brothers and Sisters in Christ!
Terri & I are so excited about what God is doing in this new journey that He has called us to. Here is an update for the month of May.
- Thunder in the Smokies – We went to Maggie Valley, May 3-6, to do evangelism specifically to the “Biker” community. We served free hamburgers (100) & hotdogs (70) to the people who visited the “Wheels of Time” museum. As we served, we shared about Jesus’ love for them. We were able to pray with some of them. We also gave them Gospel tracks and our “Christ Cares 4 U” bands.
- Bikers came from all over the States. Some of the prayer needs was for safe travel, cancer/health issues, and unspoken requests. We planted Gospel “seeds” as we demonstrated the love of Jesus for each one.
- We also did Campground ministry at Stonebridge Campground. We talked to a family who was playing a game we had never seen, the “Redneck Washer”game. We also met and talked with Bill & Martha from Buffalo, Bart & Teresa from Missouri, and four young men who came for the biker weekend – camping in tents. We had some good conversations with others that we believe, kept them thinking about Christ. We pray that they will come to know Jesus.
Please Pray:
- for all those who heard the Gospel and/or that we prayed with.
- for the upcoming revivals, campground ministry, and India.
- more financial partners (we are at 25%).
We commit to pray for you daily as well! Thank you for your continued support!
